Beautiful work and so varied! Do you mind sharing what apps you are using? I've tried paper 53 (which does not seem intuitive at all) and Art Studio.
The main app I use Dana is Procreate. Much more like a proper painting app, you can design your own brushes, work in layers and do so much more. That's what I recommend ! All the best to you.
