Oh my! this is so beautiful! What app are you using? Or how are you doing this on an Ipad? I have Paper by 53, but I wouldn't be able to do something like this.
I used Paper by 53 for some of it, Procreate ( a great app, I'd recommend), Remix, Filterstorm to mix various layers together and perhaps a few other apps as well. There are quite a few layers in this.
